A changing practice

More information.
More need for your judgement.

Patients are arriving with AI-generated advice. The work is making sense of it in the context of the person in front of you.

01

AI is already in the room.

Bring the conversation back to the patient's history, their goals and the evidence you can review.

02

Records matter.

Private health rebates are returning through selected funds. Eligibility and cover vary. Clear records remain part of professional practice.

03

Your judgement stays central.

Use AI to organise the information, with approval and source links built into the work.

Inside the workspace

See the finding.
Follow the evidence.

Session reports bring red flags, abnormal labs, missing information and contradictions into view. Findings link back to their sources, with recorded evidence anchored to the moment it was discussed.

How we approach AI & privacy

Review first

AI does the organising.
You make the call.

Designed in line with the NHAA's policy on AI in practice.

This describes our design approach. It does not imply NHAA endorsement.

AI & privacy

Choose what Holi reads.

Giving Holi permission to read a file and approving the resulting record are separate steps. You control both.

Keep the source in sight.

Review findings alongside their evidence. Logs retain the history of files, including rejected items.

Consent first.

Intake templates put consent to care and AI use before the rest of the form.

The shape of a working day

Built around your practice.

Before the visit

Prepare intake templates in the form builder. Send by link or SMS, with an expiry.

During the visit

Record the consultation. Choose on-device transcription, then review the session report with evidence anchored to the recording.

After the visit

Keep the main complaint, goals, strengths, areas to work on and barriers together in the patient snapshot. Ask Holi what to follow up.

Your AI assistant

Say hello to Holi.

Ask questions over approved records. Keep the clinical context close, and check the source before deciding what comes next.

What should I clarify at Avery's next visit?

The session mentions a daily routine, but the intake leaves the timing blank. You could clarify that detail before updating the care state.
