Your information
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Holiphy handles information you provide through this website. For information about patient records in the clinical product, please contact us before sharing clinical data.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to provide about your practice, association, software, role, organisation or area of interest. We also record the enquiry type, submission time, privacy acknowledgement and any recognised forum referral tags. Technical request information, such as your browser type and referring website page, may accompany the submission.
How we use your enquiry
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss access to Holiphy, or explore a partnership or research conversation. Required fields help us reply and understand your request. Optional fields can be left blank. An enquiry does not sign you up to unrelated marketing.
How submissions are processed
Website forms send your information to Holiphy's server, which forwards it to Make, our form automation provider, for handling the enquiry. The website does not save form values in browser storage or use analytics cookies. Website hosting and automation services may retain technical logs.
Hosting and automation providers may process information outside Australia. Contact us if you need details about providers, processing locations or how long enquiry information is retained before you submit.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us about information you have provided, request access or a correction, ask for deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing tech@holiphy.com. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Please do not include patient records or health information in website forms.
